The payment method type is decided by the merchant. We can’t present payment method that has not been allowed for the invoice.

QuickBooks Customer Success responded: "The payment method type is decided by the merchant."
Who cares? You're providing payment processing, and the customers of your customers are coming away feeling like there's something unsafe and/or underhanded going on.
The merchant I'm dealing with doesn't provide credit card payments because you, Inuit, make it a pain in the ass to offer. That is not their fault, it's yours.
Instead making your customers the scape-goat, how about just doing the right thing and taking all standard methods of payment?
