I recently visited the Jetstar Airways Melbourne Office in Australia to resolve a booking issue and thought I’d see how others felt about going there in person. For me, the visit was generally positive the staff were friendly and handled my request clearly once I got to the counter. I did have to wait around 25–30 minutes before being called, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but still better than being on hold for an hour.

Parking near the office was tricky, so arriving early or using public transport is definitely a good idea. Despite those small inconveniences, the overall experience was smooth and much less stressful than dealing with it online.
