Ability to customize Purchase Order (PO) template or remove Approved By field
QBO needs the ability to customize the purchase order PO template. Quickbooks online has the ability to edit templates for invoices, estimates, and sales receipts but not POs. Quickbooks desktop has had the ability to edit PO templates since the early days.
If a PO template feature is not added the ability to remove the handwritten "Approved By" and "Date" field from a PO is needed at a minimum. These fields have no place on a digital workflow. We should never have to print out a PO, sign it, and scan it. All these fields do is confuse people

This issue has been raised in the Community for over 4 years now and people are still commenting on the post in 2022!

I completely agree. Coming from Desktop to QBO the limited (sad) ability to customize forms, and the fact that PO's, Packing Slips and Statements are not even customizable at all is ridiculous.
PLEASE add customization to these forms, and I'm not talking allowing us to change "color scheme".
