None of payment history is available. I’ve complained about this before, and I’ve been using this service to pay bills for 2-3 years now. Not ONE payment in history. Bang up job guys!

Previously, we received a PDF copy of invoice by email instead of having to go in and download a copy from QB. Also, being able to pay several invoices in one transaction would be way easier than having to pay each one individually. Every time I try to pay an invoice QB makes me re-enter my banking info, even though I have asked it to save my info for future use. And I have to have a code sent to my phone in order to pay each invoice. What was once a quick and easy process on my end to…

You don't clearly state the payment method on the downloaded receipt. What good is it?! I need to know which bank account you pulled from. Instead, it says "Bank Wallet" -- USELESS!
