    I had no idea the online convenience fee was $25 until after I sent the information. I feel this is a way of scamming people. I will not recommend QuickBooks for future vendors. Not a good thing to do.

    My business name (the holder of the checking account) is a single word. Intuit would not accept this as a valid input. The payment was for almost $2,000, and this made me question if my transaction would be rejected, damaging the relationship with the seller.

    I would add the option of being able to add a second or back up payment method. it would be a lot easier than canceling everything and resetting it up. A backup payment method can be used at any time without changing the primary payment method

    Actually, it was a good experience, but you asked for feedback. In the field where I type my account number a second time for verification... it is silly that you don't allow me to PASTE my account number. Copy and paste is the very BEST way to ensure that I'm not making a typo. So, forcing me to manually type it out is not helping to make this easier, nor is it actually preventing a typo.
