A decidedly negative
A decidedly negative aspect of your 'service' is the lack of relationship between date of invoice and the calendar. The invoice attached for ANTICIPATE services discussed with the vendor yesterday, 2/18/2026 and received by me today, 2/19/2026, has a due date of 2/17/2026. Nothing says cooking the books like pretending that something was due before services were considered or requested, and before an amount to be charged was agreed and before an invoice for that amount was discussed then receiving an invoice dated the day before. Intuit is the one giant player that I would not knowingly agree to work…

You accused me of de
You accused me of delinquent payment, that it was due on 12/20/2025, and made it sound like like im a deadbeat. The payment was not late, the job was completed today and according to contract, due upon COMPLETION of the job. I was as lso the one who teminder contractor to send me the link to pay. Please update your automated email messaging to reflect accurate correspondence with clients. Its offensive and does not fit all customers.
