   From one day to the next the invoice requires a full address vs just the zip code to process a credit card if it is called in. Is something changing? It never asked for the full address before and now I will need to change all of my forms. Please let me know!

12. I can’t believe you’

    I can’t believe you’re charging $25 for an online payment “convenience fee”. I think that’s outrageous.. It should at least provide the option to pay by credit card for that usurous fee which is normally only 3% at most!

    For reasons of having to get a new credit card, it appears I have a back payment of $105. When I try to pay it from the invoice, Quickbooks says it's only $30. I want to cover this problem without it showing up on my credit rating. Please help me out.
