   After clicking on "view and pay", my invoice was combined with several others and when I proceeded to payment the charge combined all the others with mine. It took me a while to realize that I could fix the problem by declicking the boxes next to the extraneous invoices. It would have been more straightforward to not have to navigate around the invoices that had nothing to do with me.
