    I don't pay bills this way often. It would help if you included info of where to find routing number and checking account number. I almost got them backwards. Decided to leave web page and research which one was which. A note like ("first nine numbers are routing number") would help for those of us unfamiliar to paying a bill through a website this way. Otherwise it was quick and easy.

    I have an account titled Ken Spell Farm using kspell77@gmail.com. I signed up for a cleanup and later determined it was not what I wanted and cancelled. I received email stating it was cancelled and would receive my $800 in refund.... I never received my refund and I want it. ASAP.....PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
