2. Actually letting me pay the invoice. Website. just spins and never loads.

   Get your website looked at. Won’t load so I can pay. Frustrating. Never had this issue before.

3. Tried to pay several times September 1 at 1140 pm. Site keeps freezing. ?holiday weekend? Maybe send bills on another day when the a team is

4. As many have already stated in reply to this question, include the dates of service and the type of service itself.

   As many, including myself, I have already stated, dates of service should be included, as well as the type of service. This is fundamental and it is frustrating to have to describe the needed correction more than once.

9. Paying is difficult

   Every time I get a bill from intuit and click pay, it spins for several minutes then when connects it times out. This frustrates me and my service providers efforts to transact business
