  4. Set up an auto-pay feature

    Allow user to set-up reoccurring monthly payments to the account sending the invoice.

  5. Start allowing direct debit charges

    I do not like entering routing and account numbers. I don’t do this anywhere else in my online payment routine. This isn’t the 1990s anymore. This site needs to be updated. Come on, people.

  8. Please do not add tax to services

    I have snow plowing and lawn care in the spring/summer. At times Tax is added and there should not be tax on these services.

  12. Make sure the payer can view the invoice prior to payment to know what is being paid for. The most recent request for payment did NOT allow

  15. change the zip code from American to British

    I’ve got a bill from dragon door publications for 100.02 dollars and I can’t pay it using my debit card as the zip code in American is no but but the British zip code is a mix of letters and no can you rectify this for me TChurch

  19. I’m uncomfortable sending my bank information (routing # and account #) electronically anywhere. I’d prefer a credit card over the phone.
