I used bank electronic payment, but could not pay the amount of $1,963.54. Instead I had to pay the amount as if I had paid by check - $2,025.43. I would like credit for the difference.

I didn’t see the $25 convenience fee u til it was too late. You should add a step for approval. I feel deceived, especially since it’s such an exorbitant fee.
