    In early 2024 I bought my 1st home at 46yrs old in Jacksonville, FL. not saying it's the best place to wanna live cause I have mixed feelings about the general area but it's my 1st home with NO MORTGAGE!!     stop tricking me into using Debit. I NEVER WANT TO USE DEBIT EVER. Using debit on a credit card charges me like a cash advance. STOP IT.

    give options for paying a different amount than the entire amount that is due.. for example if bill is $1,000 give an option to pay using multiple accounts/credit cards

    Need to be able to review payment before sending it. I was trying to change the amount, and it sent the full amount. instead fo the 2nd payment very frustrating. I had to run them down to send it back. Fortunately it was someone I trust.
