QB is a huge pain. I
QB is a huge pain. I get multiple charges from my property manager. When he used melio it was so quick and easy. I could label each of my cards/bank accounts with a name so I knew which was which. I could also need the title of the invoice to know which property it is for. Now I have to open them one by one, toggle back to emails to find the next one and look up cards to match them up. What used to take me 2 minutes takes me 20 with QB.

Your autopay is conf
Your autopay is confusing. I want to set up autopay for invoices as they arrive. Just to clarify, your system shows it will pay monthly in the pay icon. Although the small print says it will pay based on the due date of the invoice. You should correct that.

Ammer did an excellent job. He is highly customer focused and extremely detailed. He is very knowledgeable in IRS taxes. We will use him again. It was a great experience doing our taxes with him.

$25 fee is ridiculou
$25 fee is ridiculous for tendering a transaction. I had my checkbook out to read the router numbers! Didn't see the care until I clicked! Never again! Ridiculous.

The tip option is co
The tip option is confusing. I wanted to designate a specific dollar amount rather than a percentage, so I chose "Other " What pops up us a line that will take numbers but no way to designate if the number refers to $ or %. That lack of clarity majes a significant difference.

Paying was fine, but why the folder I need to extract now? It was just fine when you had the choice b/w downloading the receipt or the invoice. They go in 2 separate places in my folders and now I have to extract them and move them. Kinda pointless to "add" this feature. Please stop changing everything so much!

Please Include more information, such as storm date, number of plow passes you made up the driveway, how many times you came to plow during that storm, the name of the plow driver.
