My graphic designer has me pay her using this invoice. This is the 4th time I have saved my account & routing number, yet it NEVER SAVES. This is inefficient & an annoyance to have to keep re-entering all of my banking info. Please fix this.

Before processing the payment please display an extra screen and step to confirm the payment method. I inadvertently paid by credit card when I wanted debit (payment is to a nonprofit organization and I wanted to avoid the credit card transaction fee.)

Prefer paying with a
Prefer paying with a credit card whose details are stored. I don't like storing bank information. There are fewer protections for bank accounts than credit card accounts.

information and control is inadequate. I can see that autopay is enabled, but I cannot see from which account that payment will be drawn. There is no date when the autopay was enabled. There is no history where I can see past payments. I am going to cancel the autopay that is currently active because I cannot see where it will be drawn from. I have spoken to Cross Creek but they have less information than I do. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not be using it in the future.

I missed a payment t
I missed a payment that I had thouhgght I had on auto-pay and have spent 30-45 min trying to figure it out. I did pay the unpaid invoice but can't find if I have it on "autopay" which I want or not. And, the one screen where I saw it said "add autopay" it indicated monthly when the account I'm paying only invoice me each quarter. And, I can't find a place to get help. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!

My valid legal accou
My valid legal account name has a first initial and then full middle name followed by full last name. You need to make your payment accept such names. It is also the account name with my bank. If the payment doesn't process it is your coding limitation that's at fault.
