It was so easy to accidently make payments that I didn't mean to make. I was trying to make a payment on one invoice but since it puts additional invoices and has them checked it is really easy to make payments you didn't mean to make.

There should be an option for debit/credit payments instead of a wire transfer for orders under a certain amount.

If codes, or needing
If codes, or needing an account is needed besides just filling in the payment zone, I will quit. I understand the need for security but this is getting too much. I could go back to paying by check. but security codes and extra steps are just too much. You can share this and I expect many will agree. You cannot reveal my name or email address. if that is needed, then do not share.

You should have a human being at least to observe your AI idiots. I made a payment and signed up for auto-pay this morning and your robotic customer service can not figure it out that I want to know what happened to these transactions.

Allow for splitting
Allow for splitting the payment with others. Accept more than one payment for the one invoice.

Including a credit card option would be best, as I don't prefer giving out my routing/account number. Or having ApplePay would be even better!

You send the invoice
You send the invoice as a pdf, but I can't save or send it unless I buy Adobe Pro. No option to send it as an email.
So I have to print it out? Dumb.

$25 convenience fee
$25 convenience fee for ACH is insane. ACH doesn’t cost you any money to draft. There’s also no option for card which is very inconvenient

It would be nice to have the ability to send a receipt of payment to additional, or to confirm the email that a receipt of payment was made to.

My graphic designer
My graphic designer has me pay her using this invoice. This is the 4th time I have saved my account & routing number, yet it NEVER SAVES. This is inefficient & an annoyance to have to keep re-entering all of my banking info. Please fix this.
