    I am Blind and use screenreaders on All sites & apps. None of your buttons nor check boxes are Labeled correctly. Screenreaders Can Not identify what any of the buttons nor check boxes are for. Those labeling standards have been place since 1994 and revised in 2001. Pretty old standards and are simple to comply with.

  11. I’m writing to repor

    I’m writing to report an ongoing issue with your website that appears to be malfunctioning. Each time I log in, I am required to re-enter my banking information even though I select the option for the system to remember it. Unfortunately, the setting does not seem to have any effect.

    This has been happening repeatedly, and it makes the process unnecessarily time-consuming. If the system offers a “remember me” feature, it should function as intended.

    Could someone please look into this issue and let me know if there is a solution or if there is something that needs to be…

  12. I tried paying my in

    I tried paying my invoice using bank transfer 3 different times. Routing number and account number were correct, but it was rejected. I called my bank, confirmed routing and account number. They said there were no limits blocking the amount in question. They said that no attempts had even reached the bank from Intuit. Worse yet, on the invoice payment portal there's no contact or support number for intuit.
