Terrible. Okay, prior to recent change, but new methodology won't send the promised message to my phone to confirm saving account info so I only have to login to make weekly payment. I'm tired of having to enter banking information each time I need to make a payment.

It would be helpful
It would be helpful if you also provided the explicit URL for making this payment. That way I could independently navigate to the explicit URL, rather than blindly following some embedded link in an email.

Get a system to wher
Get a system to where you can use a card. Not everyone had their bank account memorized. So it makes it harder to make a quick payment when you either have to have a check on you or remember your bank account
