I have been a loyal customer of Perfect Cut Lawncare and because this once I was having health issues and paid a couple of days late and they penalized me $15.00 late fee. I do not wish to do business with them in the future.

I paid through direct payment through checking account, but Paypal information came up. Plus, every time I pay this vendor, something seems to change. Not consistent, so it's difficult to navigate the payment process. I hate it. Thinking about changing vendors for this reason alone.

A &25 fee for an ACH where the business gets their money immediately is outrageous! I understand a fee if you use a credit card but not for an automatic direct payment!
