I'm very disappointe
I'm very disappointed in this merchant. They did not apply a discount to my invoice as promised. It took months of emails and phone calls to get it resolved. They refused to remove all the late fees that were incurred while they were adjusting the invoice due to their error.

You need to increase
You need to increase the "tip" amount under "other". Some people wait til the end of the season to tip.
