I regularly get an e
I regularly get an error message "400 Bad Request Request Header Or Cookie Too Large", when paying invoices, and I have to either clear my browser cache or open in an incognito window, and re-login to everything, which is time consuming and annoying.

Your text message system for verification codes is too slow. Codes via telephone are instantaneoius.

The browser choice message that pops up makes it seem like this is a scam. It works best in, but I am already using one of the four browsers, so how does that work? Just my two cents.

I HAVE TWO CARDS THAT I USE FOR INTUIT AND BECAUSE I LOGGED IN MY PAYEMNET WAS MADE WITH THE WRONG CARD AUTOMATICALLY.

why are you charging
why are you charging a $25 online fee!!!!! I did not use my credit card, this is a digital check. This was greater then 10% of the bill! All other online services, when charging a fee to be online, announce it clearly before the transaction. This will not happen to me again, and I will definately not recommend that my service providers use this feature.

I received four invo
I received four invoices and two texts in three days for a service performed on the first day. Can you say harassment? This was otherwise a great transaction. The online payment process killed it. Next time, I'll refuse to use the online service and mail a paper check.

they charge an addit
they charge an additional $25 to pay via ACH. That seems high to me. I will write a check from now on.
