Too many data breach
Too many data breaches in general to consider saving my info. The convenience of saving banking data is not worth the 2 minutes saved to process my payment.

Stop the stupid use of cell phone to complete payments. I'm abroad and don't use my US phone here. Use e-mail. It's free to send and receive !

Actually save my new payment information so I don't get charged a decline payment fee again for a card I turned off.

Once the vendor sent
Once the vendor sent us the "view and pay" link, this went very smoothly. However the payment link was only included in the "statement" PDFs and not in the "invoice" PDFs. Perhaps your software could include it in the invoice PDF generation as well.

There is no option f
There is no option for payer comment or ref on payment. The contractor's invoice doesn't specify that I am prepaying a deposit on services and I am unable to add any description.

Shows what’s being b
Shows what’s being billed shows being what’s left, but it’s not showing what has been paid as far as payments. Also does not show if interest is being charged because the amount on here is different than the amount I was originally billed.
