Paying was easy but offering spread out payments with even a low percentage fee would be helpful. People don’t know what they have to pay when the work is being done since there is no hourly rate.

Stop charging extra fees for credit card or add the automatically so the business does not have to change the invoice everytime.

Be able to put a different amount, I usually pay $100 that way I don’t have to pay every month

If I prepay I would
If I prepay I would like to have the actual balance due on the bill, not the total fee for the quarter. I only owed $326.70 because I prepaid towards the bill and the invoice showed only the total amount due instead of the credit already applied and final payment due.

As a small business
As a small business owner, we get a ton of spam invoices from intuit. You make it so easy for anyone to use your platform to send us fake invoices. I block intuit from our webservers but have enabled it temporarily for this period. You need to figure out a way of being a reputable organization - meaning if I see an invoice from intuit, I know you did your homework. You have a long way to get there.

Your convenience fee is high, considering you're also charging a monthly subscription fee. There are better payment systems

The receipt/invoice
The receipt/invoice does not show Glen or Lot number and opens up an opportunity for payment dispute. If this is not corrected, I will go back to paying by check.

PLEASE do what you s
PLEASE do what you say. I enter my bank info and click the "save info" so I will not have to enter my routing #, acct #, and so on AGAIN and when I come back to pay, I have to ENTER IT ALL OVER again.
