Make it so we can pay with a credit or debit card!

I set up autopay on
I set up autopay on January 31,2026 and it wasn’t paid now I had to reset it and it tells me it will be paid on February 2,2026 which is late. I’d like to know why the autopay wasn’t paid after I set it up so I wouldn’t be late with my payment. Will this current payment I just made go through on the 2nd or will I get an email saying it didn’t go through again? I thought this should make things easier for me but so far it has made more work and anxiety for me.

Do not Charge Convenience Fee, I would have sent a check instead of paying online. The convenience is not for me it's for the business to get paid faster

Nothing to do with m
Nothing to do with merchant. Everything to do with your form. Boxes checkec that are not supposed to be, filling in credit card info totally frustrating. Numbers jumped ar ound in wrong order took numerous attempts to enter info and even then had to go back and forth moving numbers around to correct placement. your s is the absolute worst I have dealt with. Same iss ues every time I use your payment connection.

Also, program won't
Also, program won't let me save payment data, so I have to enter it each time I pay an invoice. Today, in order to pay a current and 3 past due invoices, I was required to make four separate payments and enter the same payment data four times. I could not pay in one lump sum the total due on the invoices.

Program won't allow
Program won't allow me to pay total amount due when I'm trying to pay current and past due invoices. I can only pay the current invoice and not the past due balances. I must pay each past due invoice individually.

Paying was easy but
Paying was easy but offering spread out payments with even a low percentage fee would be helpful. People don’t know what they have to pay when the work is being done since there is no hourly rate.
