Why is the field for
Why is the field for entering my email address case-sensitive? That's a very rare system. So having my email address rejected I assume it's because that address is not valid, rather than understanding it's just in the "wrong" format. Figuring out the problem is a very frustrating problem.

Remove the credit ca
Remove the credit card fee, or at least make it add the fee automatically to the total so you don't have to calculate it yourself or have a secondary invoice and transaction. When I pay the fee in a separate transaction, do I have to pay the fee again on that transaction? Some clarity would be appreciated.
