A convenience fee of
A convenience fee of $25.00 is unreasonable. In addition, you use deceptive practices to exact it from payors. Your statement on the payment screen say that I will not be charged this fee if I pay another way. I clicked on the Pay button thinking that I would be brought to a payment option screen but to my surprise you took the payment including the unreasonable $25 fee.

Autopay won’t set up
Autopay won’t set up. When I make a one time payment it says it can’t save my payment info because my email is already saved to an intuit account, which makes no sense, and no further information or instructions are given.
