    I was on hold for 1 hour and 16 minutes trying to resolve auto payments. The call was concluded with no resolution. I simply want to assure that my autopay is set up for a particular date, Quickbooks can’t help me, the merchant can’t help me, & according to Quickbooks agent Benjamin, I’m unable to view or make changes to my autopay myself. My interaction was so disheartening and unprofessional. Apparently Benjamin is just getting into work & I had to wait for him to situate himself for 10minutes after I’ve already been on hold for well over an hour.…

  8. Maybe consider a bil

    Maybe consider a billing plan for larger amounts or at least not insinuating a late fee on people who cannot pay an entire invoice at one time but must make payments. It's not like we aren't fulfilling our responsibility, we just don't have large amounts, especially unexpected large amounts budgeted and must work around it.

    I need to cancel autopay, but it is not working when I click "Cancel autopay" it just cycles to the same page and autopay is not, and there is no one to contact for support, all I have is a fake chat window that can't help do anything. If anyone can read this, be warned!
