Stop flashing the st
Stop flashing the stored card information in front of what the buyer is entering. Put the box where it can be seen and ask do you want to use this. If they start entering something else they don't want to use the stored card. So quit being so damn rude and continuing to flash it in front of them.

Allow me to save pay
Allow me to save payment details for more than one method of payment. One vendor requires that I pay by bank account, but I prefer to pay other vendors by credit card.

I had to log into my
I had to log into my intuit account before I could pay the bill. The payment page was trying to have me re-enter my bank account information so I logged in, and when I went back to the payment page, my stored information was visible and it was easy to pay. Is it possible to direct me to the log-in page when I get the bill instead of having to do it manually?

I was on hold for 1
I was on hold for 1 hour and 16 minutes trying to resolve auto payments. The call was concluded with no resolution. I simply want to assure that my autopay is set up for a particular date, Quickbooks can’t help me, the merchant can’t help me, & according to Quickbooks agent Benjamin, I’m unable to view or make changes to my autopay myself. My interaction was so disheartening and unprofessional. Apparently Benjamin is just getting into work & I had to wait for him to situate himself for 10minutes after I’ve already been on hold for well over an hour.…
