allow ud to pay with INVOICE# and AMOUNT. Sometimes the vendor doesnt send a clickable invoice pdf, or it doesnt arrive, and we have no way to electronically pay without the pdf!

It says: "YOU PAID $130. No I didn't. Would you fix the confirmation so it shows I paid $260, and email the correct
