Sending a text message to phone when payment is due would be helpful. I don’t check emails often unless prompted.

For old people the verification number is hard. You don't need it. I only have 38% of my sight. Very hard to see the screen.

Great service; good
Great service; good design. Only issue is that in the PDF invoice from the business, there was no indication that the link was a link. I read it as informational and had no idea it was a link.

Please provide a payment method that allows for partial payment, such as a 50% deposit, and that does not incur a fee.

You did not recogniz
You did not recognize my email and phone number during the payment flow, and so I had to put my bank details in again. I checked the box this time to save my details, but after submitting I got a message that my bank details couldn't be saved because my email / phone number already had an Intuit account!

Consistently excelle
Consistently excellent cleaning service. Staff are trained so different staff still provide a consistent result. They use excellent non-toxic products. I am very pleased.

The $25 "convenience
The $25 "convenience" charge is ridiculous! I will never use your service to pay a bill. The 3% credit card fee that vendors are charging is bad enough!

I received the bill
I received the bill 8/13/2025. The due date was 8/13/2025. By 7:00 AM 8/14/2025 I had received two reminders to pay the bill. This is annoying.

As a blind person us
As a blind person using a screen reader, I was surprised by the difficulty of the payment process. The buttons for selecting the payment method did not have text labels. Likewise the checkboxes for submitting my feedback did not have text labels. I expected that QuickBooks would have better compliance with ADA requirements.
