Again, I have to pay
Again, I have to pay a late fee because the Autopay didn't work! Please fix this as the payee will not take a bill pay from my bank. The bank that has never dropped a payment in 30 years!

Now you are telling me you can't save my debit card information for payment because my email is already linked to an Intuit account (for this vendor, by the way). Why didn't my payment automatically proceed to the Intuit account from the information you had me input in the vendor's bill program?

I don't have a cell phone. Allow me to use my checking account to pay and save that information without a text message verification. You can use email to send a verification number.
