The invoice does not load. 30 minutes later, try again. invoice won't load. Later that day, same. Fix the problem don't keep asking us.
imagine a video of an endless circle going round and round. Square up invoices load and pay effortlessly, btw.

Loading time takes forever.
Over the last several months the load time has taken forever. I’ve attempted five times to pay a invoice I it still has yet to load. It’s very frustrating.

Add a QBO to QBO payment option
Make it easier for 2 users of the same platform make and receive direct payments to each other without pulling out a card to pay. If you both use the same product it should be easier to transact than working with a vendor outside of the network..

Numbers help
This is new and I don’t know what the touting # is and how many numbers are my account #s. When I go in I just give them the 1989000. Confusing for me. Thanks for closing that railing gap on the deck. It wasn’t safe for children before today. All three railing around the house look beautiful! 👍

I just signed up...then tried 4 or at times & an ERROR kept happening & I could not pay the bill!!! How about we get a USER FRIENDLY Site, so people can pay their bill easier!!

I keep getting "Unexpected Error" message and it will not pay my bill. The PAY Button will not actually let me pay this bill.

hit the "pay" multiple times due to latency - hope it doesn't process duplicate payments
After hitting pay there is a latency - to avoid duplicate charges add a message to the effect of transaction may take a few minutes to process, do not hit the "pay" button more than once or transaction may take a few minutes, do not hit pay more than once or wait for the next screen may take a few minutes

Ability to edit payment receipt template
Please include this function... Doesnt make sense that invoice and sales receipt can be amended but not the payment receipt (the receipt issued upon receiviing payment related to an invoice)...as there could be a standard text to be used by the company at the payment receipt...and current process need to copy and paste this standard text everytime payment is received
