It took umpteen atte
It took umpteen attempts over6 hours to make the payment. I kept on entering all the details but couldn’t complete the payment Until it eventually accepted my payment. I tried both my credit and my debit card but without success when I knew they were both valid accounts. Very frustrating. Especially if you’d had along busy day.

I thought I had my account set up with my first payment so I wouldn't have to enter my account information.
This payment includes a penalty because my bank rejected an earlier attempt, which wouldn't have happened if you had saved my account information after the first time, as I had requested.1 vote
