    I would rather have the option of being able to use my debit card instead of having to type in my bank routing and bank checking account numbers. This way seems pretty archaic to me. Thanks!

    WTF are you doing charging a massive convenience fee when I'm required to use a bank account?! I'd understand a small credit card fee, but this is ridiculous and unacceptable. Next time I will pay the business in cash. It's much more "convenient" to go to the bank and save $25

    When there are multiple invoices, the option to pay in one transaction should be readily available. I had to do four separate transactions of $35 each. Not happy about that.

    I did not give permission to pay both invoices. The user interface said I was paying a specific about and then it charged me for both invoices at the say time.
