For whatever reason initially it would not accept my checking acct# I tried since early this morning. However after a zillion attempts it accepted the acct# it’s almost 9:30 pm since about 10:30 this morning! Omg!

Unable to enter bank
Unable to enter bank account number without toggling back and forth between confirm account number. Would only allow 3 digits then automatically jumped to conform number. Had to go back to first enter after each digit

I explained to Rusty’s the process of who was going to pay & how the insurance process and he continued to bother the homeowner. Did not give authorization to install until payment was on our hands, but he disregarded those instructions
