Make it an automatic
Make it an automatic bill pay and for the customer to cancel an automatic bill pay. Right now the only way I can see for either of us to cancel an auto pay is to find the original invoice. Where are you clicked on the link to set up auto pay in the first place.

I would like to be able to pay more, if I want to, however there's no choice on here to do that. I don't expect to take one year to pay this off. I was hoping to pay $500/mo until paid. Is there a way you can give me a choice other than the minimum? If not, I guess I'll just have to write out a check, which I was trying to avoid. Please advise. Thank you.

Ernie and his team were excellent and professional in executing my flagstone installation. He explained what would be done and it was completed in a short period of time. I now have him & his team on repairing a retaining wall in my front yard. They are the best I have experienced.

This is the 2nd time
This is the 2nd time I'm paying this bill plus a $10 service fee my contractor is charging me. I have the money in my account. Wells Fargo said the error is on your end, yet I'm forced to eat your mistake.
