I received the invoice on my email and when I clicked on the link to pay it, I filled in my email address. Then I got a message that you recognized my email and I could request a one-time code to simplify things, so I did. But you didn't send the code to my email. You sent it to my husband's cell phone, so I didn't have access to the code. I ended up starting the process over and paying the bill as a guest.

The payment was 2x the estimate without the itemized difference given at time of payment. I will not use this vendor again due to this discrepancy.. they said they did estimates not quotes - this is likely the reason why.

I truly have confidence logging into my payment account with ease unlike past where it'was pure frustration making a payment and contacting district office in health benefits to resolve matter at hand. Now at present I look fwd for my billing to post to make payment!!
