6. I was unable to pay

   I was unable to pay my invoice directly from my checking account or from PayPal because I have an historical an account with you with phone number. The only way that I could reset my password is by typing in my full Social Security number. I chose not to do this.

    I needed to add a Note with this payment because there was an overcharge and I was not able to do that, so now it shows that I have a balance. Add a way to write a note with the payments!

    I had to give three varication codes to get to pay this bill. First my Pass Key, second a text to my phone and third to my email account. This is overkill. The Pass Key should be sufficient along with my email address and password.

    Wow, I just noticed -- after hitting confirm -- that there is a $25 'convenience fee' to make this $325 online payment. That is outrageous. I will write a check next time for no charge. Shame on me for being fooled by this.
