I know this may sound simple-minded, but entering the data for my credit card was the easiest from almost any vendor I have worked with. It involved the least keystrokes and moved intelligently to the next logical step. Well done.

Bring back individua
Bring back individual "Download Invoice" and "Download Receipt" buttons so they can be downloaded as individual PDF files instead of a single ZIP file with PDFs needing to be extracted. No reason to make payers go through the extra steps.
