Make your authorization fewer characters. The ID also shows with all lower case letters and the downloaded receipt shows all upper case letters-shouldn't these be the same?

I couldn't see the blue box on the invoice. I had to run my cursor back and forth on the bottom of the invoice. When the arrow turned into a hand, then I knew I was in the right place.

Paying is fine, even great! The DOCUMENTATION is inadequate for tax purposes. I used a quickbooks receipt when defending an audit, and the IRS pointed out that my name was nowhere on the receipt.. it just says "You paid!" But Who is "You"? And for what? I need the Receipt to be the INVOICE details with PAID on it.

I want to cancel the service. I don’t use it, it was ordered in error. I am unable to log on to cancel it and I want it cancelled. I have called customer service several times and I am still being billed. Please cancel the service and stop billing me.
