After failing to tyr
After failing to tyransfer with my debit or credit, I suceeded by using the Bank option with my account and route numbers. But the way your system worded it, it gave me no clue that the problem was mine. I thought it might be something in your system that was temporarily out of order. If your system knows why my first tries with my card were not accepted, it should state that more clearly. The problem was my card withdrawal limit.

If I have a past due payment and a current month payment due, don't state on the invoice " Your invoice is ready!

I find it confusing...and then when I go to pay I have to make 2 separate payments which requires me to click on the invoice tab and then pay each individually. I just find the process on QB confusing as a customer. Note: this is the only merchant I pay using QB and it is also the only merchant I seem to 'miss' paying. Technically we're no
Technically we're not supposed to have automatic withdraws or ACH transfers from non-approved vendors. Ideally would love to be able to use my account debit card in order to comply with our state laws.

After final payment
After final payment is made, an updated invoice showing zero balance would be great, especially for insurance purposes. I have no idea of when this invoice will be updated, reflecting the final payment.
