Make it so it works.
It needs to actually work. The green circle just spins and spins and never advances to the payment page. I’ve tried five times over several days, won’t work. Happened a few months ago also.

Add or attach the company’s actual invoices to your invoices so I can see what I’m paying for.

I click the pay button and it does nothing
I entered in my credit card information and clicked pay and it doesn't do anything at all. The button highlights when my mouse is over it too. This is probably one of the most important functions...the pay button to work.
Please tell me when it is fixed

Credit card invoice, anything. Of all the bills i pay this one is the biggest pain and hassle
Credit card, quarterly invoices. Anything besides what you are doing now. I pay a million bills per month and this one is such a hassle that i consider not even using your company anymore bc of it

In the invoice email, show itemized list of all the products & services
Many of my customers are older and they want to see an itemized list right up front in the invoice email, rather than clicking around to find the pdf. It’s such a nice looking invoice pdf...I’d love to have it showcased more, especially since it tells the customer everything they’re paying for.

new invoice layout
We should be able to customize the columns in the new invoice layout (i.e. remove qty and rates columns). Additionally, the "Your invoice is ready!" statement should be able to be removed--not something we want.
Also, it says that the email you write will display here, but it is not carrying over to there from the email composition block.7 votes -

Optional Automated Sales Receipts
I use QBO invoices very often for services and products before I give them the service or product. It would be awesome to expedite the process to have sales receipts automated after people pay their invoice, or a partial of their invoice. I didn't realize customers didn't get any notification that they had paid for the service until some pointed it out to me. What would be best of both worlds is if we can edit in the invoice template if we want to send sales receipts automatically or manually, because some services that I do don't require the sales…

Automatically charge credit card at invoice due date
I have many customers that want me to charge their credit card when their term (NET 30) is due. I currently have to make a note in the account "charge at NET 30". I then have to look at every customers account that has a balance and see if this is stated in the account notes, then I receive the payment. It's very cumbersome and time consuming.
