3. Login and pay current balance

   Add the ability to log in and see and pay the current balance. Would provide a way to not have to rely on the email links and keep better track of what’s actually owed on the account.

4. Can’t pay a spinning invoice

   There has to be a lot of lawn mowing services out there that has an easier way to pay an invoice! I do not have time for the invoice to just spin! I am over it! Will call other companies for lawn service! My contract ends this month!

10. Ensure payment invoice via email is sent out on time for payment.

    My payment was due on 8/5/2019, however I did not receive my payment invoice until 8/13/2019. Along with a header that said “Reminder payment due date was 8/5/2019”. After several calls to your company, the bill finally arrived. If I am not going to receive emails on time, send my payment invoice via US mail.

    All online payment centers offer credit card.
    Student centric areas supported by colleges consider student friendly payment methods thru apps like Venmo.

19. The use of credit and debit cards

    I don’t use checks anymore. I always use debit 75%, PayPal or Venmo 20% and credit10%. I do not give my banking routing# or acct number out for security reasons

20. My invoice is due quarterly. I cannot find this option, only monthly.

    Options for frequency of payments due. My invoice is only due quarterly, but auto pay is set up for monthly payments.
