12. Loading taking forever

    Loading has taken 7 min so far and still hasn’t taken me to the payment menu. This is ridiculous. Fix this crap. Have a paypal option. Have a credit card option. Have an Apple Pay option.

16. Show the minimum amount due

    The email shows the minimum amount due but when I open the website to make a payment, it shows the full amount then I have to manually modify it. It would be nice to have a button option with the various amounts.

20. I can't get any response after clicking pay when I fill out the online credit car payment information. I have clicked the button repeatedly.

    Please help!!!!! There's no response when I click the pay button after filling out the online credit card payment. I have clicked repeatedly and nowhere does it say not to click more than once - now I am worried you have charged my credit card 20 times. Please contact me and confirm the status of my payment
