My receipt is now in the form of a ZIP file. Really, your damn program couldn't leave it as a PDF, universally read by all phones and computers.

The invoice date was April 20th; however, the bill did not arrive until the 29th, with a due date of the 30th. This is not a reasonable amount of time to process and pay. Customers need to be provided appropriate time

It's difficult to li
It's difficult to link my account with the payment because the verification code is sent to my email and I lose the payment page because it came through my email as well. It would be nice to have an option to have the verification code texted to me phone number as well.
