I missed a payment t
I missed a payment that I had thouhgght I had on auto-pay and have spent 30-45 min trying to figure it out. I did pay the unpaid invoice but can't find if I have it on "autopay" which I want or not. And, the one screen where I saw it said "add autopay" it indicated monthly when the account I'm paying only invoice me each quarter. And, I can't find a place to get help. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!

My valid legal accou
My valid legal account name has a first initial and then full middle name followed by full last name. You need to make your payment accept such names. It is also the account name with my bank. If the payment doesn't process it is your coding limitation that's at fault.

My bank account is a
My bank account is a business checking account account with the name Launderland. I could not arrange the payment as it required a first and last name with fewer than 50 letters. My name doesn’t match the account so I had to use a credit card. You should not require a name unless the business account is a sole proprietor.
