You asked for our ba
You asked for our bank's routing code - but what you wanted is our ACH code... they are two different numbers. This led to our payment being turned down several times until we figured out what you really wanted.

We want to set up au
We want to set up auto-pay. We ought to be able to notify the merchant directly with this request, instead of receiving a useless msg that the merchant hasn't set this option up.
