I added my credit ca
I added my credit card a number of times to auto pay and it never works. I have to pay manually every time. This is very painful.

You asked for our ba
You asked for our bank's routing code - but what you wanted is our ACH code... they are two different numbers. This led to our payment being turned down several times until we figured out what you really wanted.

Its really annoying and pointless that you make me type my account number in the verify account number field. I'm copy-pasting from my bank's webpage, so there's no chance of me catching an error when typing it manually.

It would be could if all three names on a checking account could be put into the space. We are co-equal owners of the account. Either all names allowed or any of the three.

They didn't repair o
They didn't repair our AC unit as the estimate said. They regulary missed appointments and we decided not to hire them in the future.
