Stop asking for CVV on saved payment methods!
I intentionally saved my card as a payment method so I don't have to keep it on hand and enter it every time but when you insist on asking for the CVV on saved payment methods it negates that entire "saved payment method" functionality because I have to find my stupid card to get the CVV for it. I have an account, I saved my card with all details entered, use my saved information.

Submit payment button should be responsive
Nothing appeared to happen when I clicked the button to pay after entering my cc info. I am using my iphone and safari. It didn’t change to show me it was working in any way. I tried again with same result. The third time it did change but then it showed an error telling me to try again. I checked my bank account at that point and it is showing two pending payments for the same amount with different descriptions (one said intuit and the other my vendor). We are waiting a few days to see what clears. The button…

Only in voice for work that was approved
Do not invoice for work that an owner not only did not approve but had no idea the work was going to be done. Very unprofessional

APPLE PAY!
This is such a high invoice amount monthly It should be able to be put on my business credit card for cashback and or airline miles. So frustrating just come out of a debit card that does nothing as a benefit on my end other than just a debit from my account it’s very frustrating

How about getting your bank transfer to work!!!!
I entered my routing number and bank account information correctly. How about letting it go through and not saying payment method declined with no additional info!!!!!

Ability to adjust 3% fee upon non credit debit payments

Payment by echeck is safe and convenient. Why would you punish people paying their bill on time ?
Paying by check or cash is not only inconvenient it is a huge step backwards!!! I seldom make it to the post office let alone the 42 miles round trip to your office. Please reconsider charging me extra for paying my bill on time every time.
