I am annoyed because several months in a row, I click the 'save my info for future payments' button, which says "after you click pay we will text you a code'. Well, FYI, the code never shows up, so every month I have to go thru typing in my routing number and account number. It's a small chore, to be sure, but I'm not thrilled by the lack of an advertised convenience.
