$25 convenience it’s
$25 convenience it’s not even remotely convenient. The last time I paid this contractor I didn’t have to pay a convenience fee. That makes me very unhappy with my contractor too.

why make the receipt a zip, why not just a simple pdf - this makes printing a great deal simpler.

When I pay an invoice online I can't go back to the other outstanding invoices. Very annoying.
